My Journey

My is journey is still unfolding, changing and evolving.  Movement has always been part of life, as I started dancing from a young age, taking ballet.  It took sometime, but as an adult I was drawn to yoga and have embraced it by sharing my love for it with others through teaching.  As my road branches out, I have also expanded to add other fitness techniques such as: Yoga, PiYo, Insanity, Pound, A.R.T Method, Spin.

PiYo Certified Instructor

PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. PiYo was created by Chalene Johnson, the founder of the Turbo Kick system.

Insanity Certified Instructor
Insanity is a total body workout program.  It is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." 

Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between.
